Dr. Mercola's Warnin' On Foods To Avoid

Conventional apples and tatties? Ye gods! We do know where ours come from when they're in season, but like Hell we're givin' those up. We're not here for that much longer, anyway.

Of course we do eat some processed food. Perhaps 20% of our diet. All else is made from scratch. We even make our own bread, though more often we buy it from next door. We make it when we want somethin' weird like dill and garlic, where we mix the fresh dill and fresh garlic in with the dough, not to mention we add three or four times the butter that's in the recipe. Oh, and then there's the garlic powder. Oh, and fresh bread with cracked pepper and Italian herbs in the mix.

My mentor usually does the bread. After all, he's the master chef of the household.
