This heat is torture. So are a few other things due to general incompetence. This month is easy on me. I have to make fewer trips to the city than I'd planned, but October is gonna be a wee different. I'll have to go more often than anticipated.
Oh well.
The U.S. is becomin' increasingly intolerable to live in. So facistic. So parasitic. So many laws designed just to squeeze the people dry. It's illegal to be homeless? Like what's the choice? I am not affected by any of this, and I will be gone in under 2 months, but woe to those trapped here. The laws are so ridiculous, it would be funny if it weren't real. Are they gonna start chargin' infants with murder if the mother died in childbirth?
Though someone in this household did suggest that perhaps they ought to start executin' people for trimmin' their nose hairs. After all, it's worse than murder, no?
Uh, NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On a brighter note, I am actually gettin' a twilighty feelin'. It's like I finally do see that pin prick of light at the end of the tunnel, a little sooner than anticipated. A nice, peaceful feelin'.
