Free Runnin'

OK, we did it. It was cool, mostly dry, and we ran to town either vaulitin' or jumpin' everythin' that was there. No, we didn't do any roof top hoppin', or climb any buildin's. Not that there were any buildin's to climb. We were in a small town, but we wouldn't have even tried if there were. The mullethead set the pace. The mullethead also crashed twice, once hittin' a sign in a park, another time hittin' the back of a bench, but it didn't get hurt too bad, and just learned to pay a little more attention to what it was doin'. Um. . .and I slipped on some wet grass, so I had my fun as well. I landed on my rear, and it took me a little longer to recover than the mullethead, when 'it' had 'its' mishaps, but so goes existence.

Of course everyone looked at us, but most knew of us, and just smiled. We were careful not to disrupt anythin'mor anyone, and didn't even get spoken to by the police, when the two of them saw us. It was a blast, though we probably wouldn't do it again.

After, we went to a Mexican restaurant, I had a veggie burrito, the mullethead and my mentor had veggie fajitas with rice, black beans, we had horchatas and hot chocolate to drink, with flan and cream horns for desert. We walked home, gettin' drizzled on slightly here and there.

Awesome day! I haven't had that much fun since the equines were here. The equines who I was goin' to see again in an absolute maximum of 39 days, though there was a chance it would be less. I was still leanin' to goin' away now on the 14th of November as opposed to the 9th, but I could always change my mind. In fact, I wasn't really obligated to stay until the 9th, though I probably would.
