What Is Three Months?

A quarter of a year. 90 to 92 days. A season. Two more Pagan holidays to go. Maybon and Samhain. My favourite is Yule. My favourite time of year is between Samhain and Yule, when the nights get longer. I then like it through Ostara, but when the days are longer than the nights, NO!

Three pages of a calendar. Thirteen weeks and a day. Thirteen more housecleanin's. The last one is gonna be unlike all the others, though. We are gonna leave this place IMMACULATE, and though it's already way better than it was when we first moved in (some repairs had to be made), it will be left in far better condition than our landlord could have dreamed of. And yes, I did like clean surroundin's. Just call me Felix Unger II. Thank the gods everyone was on my page, and it really did make house cleanin' a lot easier, since it never got that dirty due to immediate cleanups.

--------------

It was such a nice day today. Cloudy, comfortabley cool, a little rain here and there. Brekkie was grits made with cream, topped with a ton of butter and maple syrup, a side of blueberries and cream, and fresh orange juice squeezed by moi. The equines would have loved it, but oh well. Three more months and a day, and I'd see them again, along with the cats.

Stocks are crashin', oil is crashin', new riots in London, B of A is tankin', and can life get any better?! The mullethead says, yes. ICBMs could be comin' in right now, not that we'd be at ground zero, though we could try to make a run for it in the car.

I think I'd rather not. I'd rather wait the three months and leave this place with no pain involved.

Now off for a hike in back with my two mates, enjoyin' the peace of nature, and munchin' on a few fruits either from the no longer commercial orchards, or what grows wild.

How nice it would be if the rain started comin' down hard as we walked back. Probably wouldn't happen, but it wouldn't be too bad. Most of our walk was under heavy canopy of trees.

Ahhhhh. The only place to be, if trapped on Earth. I was pretty content right now. If only I could keep this feelin' for the duration, but probably not. After all, I had my moods.
