Sometimes all you have to do is type their name into a search engine. If you know what state they are in, you can sometimes even find the exact address. If you pay for the search, which I will not, you WILL have that address.
Is anyone safe? Who needs a P.I. anymore?
Hence vengeance is better off private, sometimes. Especially when the 'victim' has been immortalised in literature or 'non-commercial' song.
