Wouldn't it be hilarious if everyone who owed payed their entire tax bill minus 1 cent? How much is it gonna cost bill all those people for 1 cent? And of course, they would.

On the other hand, their days do seem to be numbered. Along with the rest of the economy, and the socially inconvenient systems in operation. Oh yes. Not to mention the lives of a goodly percentage of the population.
But again. No worries. Life is over-rated anyway.
